Not normally leaving feedback but after the brilliant customer service I got,I feel like I have to.☺️ My boiler needed a yearly service,so I called Jonathan who was very friendly over the phone, so booked in.Got to the day of the appointment and he was extremely friendly,honest and explained everything to a highest level.His done multiple services so he checked our radiators and heating system to make sure everything works 100%. Thank you so much Jonathan for your excellent job, definitely use your services again. Definitely recommend him to everyone!!

Had a .problem with our toilet which he was able to solve and explain the problem. He was on time and a nice and pleasant gentleman to deal with. Have used him before and would recommend him if you have a problem with your plumbing.
it was a real pleasure to get johnny to carry out various tap and toilet works in the house. he was very responsive when initially enquiring about it, and on the day - extremely friendly, clearly explained what he was going to do, and took the time to show me how it was actually done as well. also gave me plenty of good advice on other matters of maintenence in the house, and in the end the works were very competitively priced too. i'll be sure to use him on other plumbing-related matters in the future!

Excellent work installing pipework required for a new dishwasher installation. Chap was polite and the left the property clean and tidy.
Cannot recommend enough. We have now used this company 3 times, old boiler repair, fit new shower and then install a new boiler. Excellent price. Explains everything he is doing. How long it will take. Tidies and clears up leaving no mess. You cannot go wrong using this company.
Having moved into a house with questionable plumbing (as well as some rather dodgy plumbing done by another company!), Johnny has done so much work to rectify other peoples mess. Always friendly, reliable and trustworthy, he had got us out of some sticky situations over the last few years. In hindsight, wish we had gone straight to him from the beginning!!!

Wanted someone local to install a new boiler and had been messed around by a couple before coming across Fenland Plumbing and Heating. Total opposite to what we had experienced before! We had so many questions beforehand about different boilers but Jonny was always quick to answer them and give us updated quotes. Installation was smooth with no mess and no issues at all. We now have a new boiler that we are so happy and just in time for the cold weather!

This guy is honestly one of the most honest and straightforward plumber man I have seen, everything is easy and stressfree with him. I only told him I go a three months old baby in the house without hot water and heater, and race it straight to my house because of my the baby. Jonny came out and fitted a toilet for us very quickly, was very professional, gave us a quote before starting anything, price was reasonable, and job was done to a high standard, no problems recommending, or having Jonny doing other jobs for us in the future.
